Nursing and Medical Care
Nursing care at Aldbourne Nursing Home is provided by a dedicated, qualified team under the personal supervision of the clinical manager and general manager. It is our aim to provide not only a high standard of nursing skills but a warm friendly atmosphere in this special area of nursing care. Over the years the Aldbourne Nursing Home has received many awards including the Investors In People Award.
Residents’ independence, privacy and personal dignity are respected, To this end staff have been chosen not only for their ability but also for their personality. Whilst Aldbourne is attended regularly by its own doctors (24 hour call), patients are welcome to remain under the care of their own medical practioners where this can be arranged. The standard of safety is extremely high throughout and fire detection systems are installed and regularly maintained.
